Chú ý số 2 /Note number 2:
1. Trong trường hợp Doanh nghiệp không tìm được số e-COO của mình ở đây. Nếu là e-COO xuất khẩu hãy báo cho BCT gửi lại, nếu là e-COO nhập khẩu hãy báo cho nước xuất khẩu gửi lại. /In case a business cannot find its e-COO number here, if it's an export e-COO, please notify The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam to resend it; if it's an import e-COO, please inform the exporting country to resend it.
2. Đối với trường hợp e-COO nhập khẩu có thể tim thấy ở đây nhưng cán bộ HQ báo rằng không tìm thấy trên hệ thống của cán bộ. Do kết nối giữa các hệ thống với nhau, vui lòng chờ khoảng 30 phút để dữ liệu được đồng bộ./For cases where an import e-COO can be found here but the Customs officer reports that it's not appearing in Viet Nam Customs system. Because of the synchronization between systems, please wait about 30 minutes for the data to be synchronized.
3. Trong trường hợp sau 30 phút không vẫn không thấy cán bộ HQ tìm thấy e-COO điện tử, hãy gửi mail đến bộ phận hỗ trợ. / For cases that after 30 minutes the customs officer still cannot find the e-COO, please send an email to the support department below.
4. Trong trường hợp quá 6 giờ hệ thống nhưng không thấy CO đổi trạng thái. Vui lòng gửi mail đến BPHT bên dưới. / In case the system does not show a change in the CO status after 6 hours, please send an email to the support department below.
